Adding aerial photos in addition to your regular real estate photos for your listings can show off the property in a whole new way. You can not only show the property from above but you can also give potential buyers a better idea of where the property is located. I shot some aerial as well as some interior photos for a local real estate agent last week and was able to show in the listing a good idea of where the property is located. To give you a good idea of how much of a benefit this is, a friend of mine who saw the listing and saw one of the aerial images knew right away that this property was near a place they used to live. They saw the roads identified and knew the area.
I also had the opportunity to take the interior photos for the agent as their regular photographer was not available on that day and they wanted to get the property on the market quickly.
